Budget Vets was formed in May 2005 by Katherine Heathcote BVM&S MRCVS Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine and her husband Peter Heathcote, who is not a veterinary surgeon. Peter may sometimes be seen in the consulting room with newly recruited vets in order to monitor the high level of customer service we aim to offer.
