Hi. Do you offer dissolvable stitches when castrating dogs?

Yes we do have dissovable stitches that can be used in dog castrates. However we dont find these to be as secure as the removable stitches.

Hello,
A dog castration cost £54.99 including a buster collar for the dog to wear home to prevent him licking his stitches.
If you receive any benefits or tax credits then it is £35 for the neutering including a buster collar.
A nurse would go through all port operative care with you when they discharge the dog back to you. But the main pointers are:
No off the lead walking until 14 days afte rthe operation
Stitches removed 10-14 days after the operation
Buster Collar to be kept on at ALL TIMES before stitches are removed.
