Tiny Tots Nursery Visit!Posted: Thursday 13th May, 2010

A visit at a local nursery went down a treat today with 2 nurses, and a pet Border Collie named "Jack".
The children, aged between 2 and 4 years old, were able to stroke Jack and see a real dog close up, which many small children dont get a chance to do.
The children were tought about vets and what they do, and some lessons about looking after dogs.
We feel that it is important for children to learn how to approach dogs, and to always get permission from the owner before stroking them.
The children look forward to the next visit!!
