Budget Vets was formed in 2005 with our first surgery being located in Newport, South Wales.  Our second surgery opened soon after in Abertillery,  third surgery opened in August 2008 in Porth, fourth surgery in Blackwood in February 2010, and the most recent surgery in Risca was opened March 2010.
